How Moving Spas LLC handles the details you send.

What the quote form collects

We ask for your name, a phone number or email address, pickup and delivery areas, timing, hot tub details, access information and optional notes. City or ZIP is enough at this stage. Do not submit payment details, identity documents, medical information, gate codes or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use your request to assess the job, prepare pricing, ask follow-up questions and discuss scheduling. A quote request does not book a move or add you to a marketing list. We do not sell quote-request information.

Where your request goes

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes quote details through its global infrastructure. Accepted requests are emailed to jimmyle690@yahoo.com. Yahoo stores the delivered message. We do not run a website lead database or accept file uploads in this form. Providers may process data in multiple countries; we do not promise a fixed processing location. Cloudflare may process technical information, including IP and browser information, to operate and protect the site.

Photos follow afterward

Send photos of the tub and access afterward by text or email, once you are in contact with Jimmy. Avoid faces, readable house numbers, documents and other private details. Those photos will be handled by the messaging or email service you choose; they are not uploaded through this website.

Verification and optional analytics

Cloudflare Turnstile checks quote submissions for bots and abuse. It is part of the form security and operates separately from optional analytics. Google Analytics measures visits, quote stages and contact-link clicks. Microsoft Clarity provides masked interaction recordings and heatmaps when configured. Optional analytics loads only after you allow it on the public business domain. You can decline or use Privacy choices to withdraw permission without losing access to the form. The quote area is masked, and quote values are excluded from analytics event payloads. Advertising features and automatic form-interaction collection are off. Analytics cannot describe visitors who decline or block collection.

Storage and retention

Your analytics preference is saved in this browser. Quote text is not saved in browser storage by this site. A non-personal request reference may be saved for the current session after acceptance. We manually review unbooked enquiries after 90 days and delete information no longer needed. Completed-job records may follow a separate business, tax, insurance or legal retention policy. GA4 user and event retention is set to two months; aggregated reports can be retained longer. Clarity uses standard retention; we do not extend recordings by saving them.
